Inspections, Testing & Removal
1st Step: We will inspect the problem areas in your home/building. Is there black mold growth? Is there excess moisture? Any problems at the a/c, bathrooms, interior walls? All of these are common locations for mold growth. Throughout the mold inspection we will use state-of-the-art equipment to locate probable areas of growth & moisture.
2nd Step: We determine the
cause of the mold growth. Mold requires water to grow; therefore we look for a source of excessive moisture. Common sources

4th Step: Mold Testing & Sampling will determine:
· Mold Inspections: – Investigation of your property for mold & moisture (Level II assessment)
· Mold & Fungal Testing: – Air, swab, culture & bulk sampling available (Level I assessment)
· Indoor Air Quality Testing: – Check for biological particles (pollen, fiberglass, etc.)
· VOC Testing: – Testing for formaldehyde & 62 other volatile organic compounds
· Allergen Testing: – Checks for common allergens in home (dust mites, cat, dog, cockroach)
· Water
Intrusion Testing: – Find locations of water leaks
· Swab & Whole House Tests: – Check visible mold or breathable air
· Thermal Imaging Inspection: – Used to help diagnose hidden moisture problems (IR Pictures)
5th Step: Mold Remediation & Removal:
Anyone can remove mold, but it takes a mold remediation professional to do it right. If mold remediation is done improperly, it can easily do more harm than good. We perfom testing & inspections only so there is no conflict of interest. We do have qualified & licensed professionals for recommendation. All recommended remediators follow strict remediation guidelines when performing their work.
