Elite Mold Services,
Inc. has been proudly serving the Orlando & Central Florida area providing reliable mold information
and advice for the community. We have provided environmental testing for over 6 years. Our inspectors are State-Licensed
Mold Assessors with the State of Florida. The President of Elite Mold Services is a Council-Certified
Microbial Investigator (CMI) with the American Council of Accredited Certifications or the ACAC*
*The ACAC offers the only third-party designations dedicated to the field of indoor air quality.
Though its board-awarded designations meet all these requirements and more, the same cannot be said of many other professional
certification programs. Other organizations allow office staffers to grant certification in exchange for payment of fees and
passing a simple examination based on a mandatory course with limited information. Field experience is rarely required, much
less verified. As a result, "instant certifications" from such organizations are nearly worthless when challenged
in court.
We also have obtained the following certifications: Certified Mold Inspectors & Certified Mold Assessors with the Environmental Solutions Association (ESA)
Certified Mold Inspectors with the International
Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants (IAC2).
We
are also members of the Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA).
We only use AIHA approved microbiology laboratories for our testing results.
We have
performed mold assessments, inspections & testing on residential, commercial & industrial buildings. We have tested
apartments, condominiums, houses, schools, office buildings, government office spaces & city malls. We are very familiar
with the Orlando & Central Florida area and the building practices that can often be the cause of mold growth. We also
believe in providing accurate information about mold, how it grows and the proper way to test & remediate microbial
growth.

Many companies are charging heavily inflated prices for any work
dealing with mold. We believe in fair pricing for the work that will be performed. We would be happy to review any competitor's
bids and provide our prices for the mold related service.
