Water Testing Services

We offer water quality testing for drinking water & well water. Houses with well water should be tested for bacteria & chemical contamination on a regular basis. The possibility of contamination has increased in recent years by the heavy use of fertilizers, pesticides, landfill contamination & industrial plants.

If you are buying a home with a well, we recommend to have a sample taken of the water. Some of the FHA loans will require a standard water sample to be analyzed for contaminates. Elite Mold Services is aware of the testing needs for FHA & will be happy to assist you in the water sampling process.

We send all water samples to a State of Florida approved water testing laboratory for analysis. The results will be made available in a few days depending on the type of tests being perform. The following water analysis can be performed in addition to the testing listed on the right:
